Thomas Jane Fights

Remember this idiot?  Well…  Thomas Jane is fighting it.  He has pled not guilty.
On Wednesday, his attorney, H.A. Sala, entered pleas of not guilty on misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol level above the 0.08 percent state limit and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Chad Kroeger Convicted

Chad Kroeger of Nickelback has been found guilty of a DUI.
This stems from his 2006 charges.  Legal (Canada) limit is .08, and his came in at .14.
He didn’t appear, which seems a little bit wrong to me - we’re not talking about a speeding ticket here.

Patricia Arquette’s husband, Thomas Jane, an actor in his own right, got himself a nice little DUI.  He was booked in Bakersfield.   He’ll be arraigned on April 9th.
Isn’t that a GREAT role model for his little 5 year old girl?  Yeah.  I thought so too.

The judge said that even though he’s got another year and a half of probation - he’s “completed the requirements of his plea.”  He had pled no contest to the charges.

Sportscaster Josh Booty done got himself tased!
Um…  The word is uncooperative.
Anyhoo he got hauled due to a DUI and taken to the OC Jail.  That’s where he apparently lost it.   When he got tased he managed to bust open his head and needed stitches.

No Bail for Barron

Barron Hilton - heir and brother of Paris - pulled a no-no.  The 18-year-old got busted big time.  He posted his bail…  No thanks to his family… $20,000 worth.
He had a .14 alcohol reading.
Good Lord.  Kid was WASTED.
Technically though he hasn’t been charged with anything.  The case has been passed to the prosecutors to view.
